The Grand Play Update
NewAugust 22, 2026- Advantage & Disadvantage: when the referee calls it, two d20s fly — the higher or the lower one counts
- Helping Hand: lend a shoulder to a teammate's pending roll and it becomes an advantage pair
- Status effects: poison, bleed, burn, fear and bless are real conditions now, ticking turn by turn
- Signature moves: every class carries one ace to play per combat
- Camp: a breath between dangers — wounds close, conditions cleanse, signature moves recharge
- Renown: your deeds become regional fame (or infamy), and the world treats you accordingly
- Blood Feud: a foe that slips away remembers — it returns stronger, scarred, and looking for you
- The Bard's Tongue: real deeds from other tables travel the taverns as rumor
- Allies: summoned or rallied forces now truly fight at your side

Spectators and Chains
August 22, 2026- Spectator mode: open your table to watchers — a view-only seat via invite link or the friends shelf
- Chained dice: one die's fate can hinge on another — if the prerequisite falls, the second die never rolls
- Boss deaths are audited against the dice: the narration can no longer outrun the math of the rolls

- Attack damage now flows from the result of the die
- Worn gear grants your rolls a real edge (+1 to +3)
